areas of instruction
FUNDAMENTAL STATIONS
Each morning, every league goes through six fundamental stations, in which campers are taught the game of basketball. The stations include: shooting, ball handling, defense, rebounding, offensive moves and team play.
FREE THROW SHOOTOUT
Each league features a free throw competition every morning.
SKILLS COMPETITION
The morning session concludes each day with skills competitions where players put their fundamentals to the test.
3-ON-3 TOURNAMENT
The original General, Joe Dean, loved 3-on-3 basketball because it keeps every player involved. He always said, you can't hide in 3-on-3. To this day, we carry on with a 3-on-3 tournament every afternoon in which every player plays at least four games.
5-ON-5 GAMES
Play concludes each night as every player competes in with his team in a 5-on-5 game.
